How do I become an Alpha Packaging client?
That is simple. When you place your first order, we ask you for your company information. We then create your account. When you place your first order, please provide the following information:

  • complete shipping address;
  • complete invoicing address;
  • VAT number;
  • IBAN number;
  • BIC number;
  • Chamber of Commerce number.

How do I place an order?
In order to prevent misunderstandings, we prefer to receive your order by e-mail or fax. We then process your order swiftly and accurately. Please make sure to clearly indicate on your order:

  • complete shipping address;
  • complete invoicing address;
  • clear product description with our article number (if known);
  • number of products;
  • desired delivery date;
  • your own order number or reference.

Is there a minimum quantity per order?
This depends on the product you order. If your product is in stock, you can usually place an order per full box or pallet. In other cases, specific minimum quantities apply. What is the delivery period for products I order?
This depends on the product. If the product is in stock, it is ready for shipment within two days. In other cases, there are different delivery periods. Please contact our Customer Service team: +31 (0) 24 3442360, or cs@alphapackaging.eu. They can give you an indication of the delivery period.

Do I receive an order confirmation?
You certainly do. After we receive your order, an online order confirmation is sent to you within 48 hours. Our Customer Service team will keep you up to date on the delivery period.
